Effective June 1, 2026, Sebastian Happel and Pascal Herlan will take over as Managing Directors of PS Automation GmbH. Both are true “home-grown talents” at PS and exemplify the expertise, dedication, and continuity within our company.
Sebastian Happel has consistently advanced his career from international sales to sales management and has shaped PS Automation’s customer relationships and market expansion for years.
Pascal Herlan brings deep technical expertise, a strong focus on quality, and extensive experience in production, service, and procurement to his new role.
Together, they will drive the further development of PS Automation in the field of intelligent and explosion-proof drive solutions and tap into new markets.
We would also like to extend our special thanks to Andreas Reuter, who, as interim Managing Director, has supported the strategic transformation of the past few months with great dedication and valuable insights.
