Christian Schmidhuber and Martin Schmidhuber will continue to steer the strategic direction of our companies as part of SPH International GmbH (SPH). Under this umbrella, PS Automation GmbH (PSA), PS Automation India Pvt. Ltd., PS Automazione S.r.l. in Italy, and our joint venture with PS Maxonic Hong Kong Limited in China will soon be directly affiliated, creating a stronger, more interconnected global network.

To strengthen our operational capabilities, we welcome Andreas Reuter as the new Managing Director of PS Automation GmbH starting in April 28th 2025. Andreas, a seasoned leader with a degree in economics, brings a wealth of experience in education management, technical service, project management, IT, production, and plant management. His track record of driving success at renowned companies makes him a valuable addition to our leadership team.
